I grew up in a Christian family and accepted Christ into my heart a young age. I was baptized on Nov. 11, 2007. God has been working in many ways in my life over the years. The adventure continues and my faith is being stretched.

I was introduced to SOW through my roommate. So, I have just started going this Winter 2014 term.

Fun facts: I love tea... and chocolate. And tea. Lots of tea. (And also music).

Having grown up in a Christian household, I was introduced to Jesus at an early age. However, I didn’t accept Christ into my life until I was 14 years old. Ever since, it’s been an awesome journey in all its highs and lows.

I learned about SOW through three people God used to answer my prayer for a Christian fellowship to be involved in. It has been a blessing and a great channel to grow in faith and relationship with my Father.

Cool Facts: Pizza is the most awesome food, and I have a growing addiction to coffee.

I was born into a Christian family and grew up learning about the Bible. It was in the summer of 2011 that I sincerely and personally accepted Jesus as my Lord and Saviour who died on the cross for my sins. Luke 23:34 Jesus said, "Father, forgive them for they do not know what they are doing." I was so moved by Jesus' love and compassion for me even while suffering on the cross. Jesus' love is amazing!

I joined SOW during my first year in Fall 2011 and it has been a blessing to be a part of this community. May God continue to grow me

Grew up in a non-Christian household in the country of Taiwan. Accepted God through an international missionary school there. My number one passion is to get to know the heart of God, in abandonment of my fears and insecurities.

I started coming to SOW because a group of ladies I had prayed with had committed to it. I never expected to see deep friendships arise, while getting to know the heart of God better! In SOW, I can sincerely say that I am often times not in my comfort zone, but am comforted that I am deep in the Father's love - something that I'm still growing in!

Fun Fact: I like my coffee black, and my favorite places are Staples, Canadian Tires, and Chapters. I also own ALL ten seasons of Friends, and can quote too many lines from it :P

I grew up in the church and around people who love Jesus. Somewhere along the way, I got lost in my thoughts and became distanced from a close, real relationship with my Father God. But, God in all His glory drew me back to Him in a deeper way, for which I am so thankful.

I found SOW through a friend, or someone I just met really. It was exactly what I needed then, and I've been around ever since.

I have a hard time telling you what I like, but trust me, I like a lot of things, I just have to stumble across them.

I was raised in a Christian home and became a Christian myself at a young age. However throughout high school I let other things take priority in my life and pushed my relationship with God to the side. But he never gave up on me and has since called me back to walk with Him and live in His love and grace each day.

I started to come to Sow in my first year and have been greatly blessed by this ministry. My desire is to see God continue to use Sow to bless others as well.

Other stuff about me: I will never turn down a game of soccer, or a bowl of cookie dough ice cream.

I wouldn't say there is a point in time in which I met God, as I grew up in a loosely Christian home. However, at some point, I did realize God's warm embrace has always been wrapped around me, filling me with love when that goofy smile he gave me falters, and protecting me when I'm in danger (being born legally blind, you can imagine there has been quite a few of those).

I came to S.O.W. through Leonard's introduction. Thanks to that, I found a cozy family that I could open up to and grow together spiritually.

I'm a programmer at heart, so don't let the economics major fool you. And by the way, I'm left-handed, so if you ever get me mad, that's where the first punch would come from. :)

I had a Christian upbringing, something that I'm really thankful for. It was only in 2012 though that my faith in Christ went from belief in an idea to actually knowing Jesus as a person (and acknowledging him as Lord!)

I joined SOW in my first year, way back in 2010. I've been involved in SOW leadership for most of the time since. My faith has been strengthened and encouraged as I've encountered the living God during my time in this fellowship.

What makes me me, apart from Jesus? Coffee, drums, good (ie. not pop) music, dinosaurs.
